Feedstock flexibility
Contaminated post-consumer film, labels, dirt and mixed polymers are expected, not rejected.
Plastec Recycling takes Australia's hardest-to-recycle plastics — soft plastics, mixed rigids, plastic waste from other recycling streams and composites from multiple waste sources — and turns them into durable pallets, sheets, hoarding and formwork.

The plastics most recyclers turn away are the ones we want. A proprietary manufacturing process lets us make dependable products from material that would otherwise be landfilled or burned.
Contaminated post-consumer film, labels, dirt and mixed polymers are expected, not rejected.
Our dry process removes the washing stage altogether — lower cost, no wastewater, and a smaller environmental footprint.
Composite materials recovered from multiple waste sources are blended in as reinforcement, making selected products stiffer, stronger and lighter.

If you generate, collect or hold any of these materials, we would like to hear from you.

Post-consumer PE/PP film, agricultural film and bulk bags — including low-value, contaminated grades.

Household and commercial rigids that are too mixed or too dirty for conventional recycling.

Residual plastics rejected by paper and other recycling processes — an alternative to landfill or energy recovery.
Composite materials from multiple waste sources, recovered and used to reinforce selected products.
Heavy-duty, weatherproof and reusable — built for logistics, construction and agriculture, and designed to come back to us at end of life.
Recycled plastic pallets made from post-consumer soft plastics, with optional composite reinforcement for higher stiffness at lower weight. For domestic and export freight.
Recycled plastic sheet for hoarding, formwork, fit-out and farm use.
Nestable and rackable formats in standard sizes.
Reusable site screening with composite reinforcement for higher wind-load capacity and longer service life.
Reusable modular concrete formwork — better screw pull and lower deflection in use.
Your shape, size and features, moulded from recycled material.
Every Plastec product is designed for a second life. When it reaches end of service, we take it back and remanufacture it — keeping material in use and giving customers measurable diversion and recycled-content data.
Difficult plastics and composites gathered from industry and communities.
Material characterised, dried and qualified into controlled feedstocks.
Moulded into durable, consistent products to specification.
Years of service across logistics, construction and agriculture.
Returned at end of life and remanufactured into new product.
Onshore products, local jobs and measurable landfill diversion.
